The Zinga P3000S1208D44000EN pressure filter, part number P3000S1208D44000EN, protects high pressure hydraulic circuits with up to 30 gpm of flow at 3000 psi. It has 1-1/16 in-12 UN (SAE-12) ports, an 8 in bowl and a DC electrical single wire indicator that signals when the element needs service.
A die cast aluminum head and anodized 6061-T6 aluminum bowl carry an 8600 psi burst rating and a 2000 psi rated fatigue pressure. The 50 psid nylon bypass valve protects the element, and Buna-N housing seals suit petroleum based fluids. Typical uses include inline filtration, external charge pump filtration and high shock return lines.
The filter accepts Zinga G Series 8 in elements with Z-Glass fiber media, offered in 3, 6, 10 and 20 micron grades. 3 and 10 micron elements also come in a high collapse version rated to 3000 psid; standard elements are rated to 150 psid.

Operating temperature is -40 to 250 °F. The filter mounts with 5/16-18 UN x 5/8 in deep holes and needs 1.5 in of clearance for bowl removal.
