The Zinga TR161625100 tank top filter, part number TR161625100, mounts on top of a hydraulic reservoir to filter suction or return line fluid. It has 1-5/8 in-12 UN (SAE-20) ports on the left and right sides, a 25 psid bypass, and no gauge port.
The TR Series handles up to 96 gpm on return lines and 32 gpm on suction lines, rated to 100 psi and 250 °F. A unitized cover and bypass valve assembly leaves no loose parts to lose, and the drop-in element bowl makes installation easier. A patented element bowl hold-down secures the element in suction service, and an O-ring seals the housing to the tank top.
TR Series bypass settings are 3 and 5 psid for suction service and 15, 25 and 50 psid for return service. The 25 psid setting on this model is one of the return line options.
The housing accepts Zinga RE and ZRE Series elements, which seal with radial grommets. Compatible elements we stock include the RE40903, RE40910 and RE40925 cellulose elements and the ZRE40903 and ZRE40910 Z-Glass elements. The housing fits a 4.61 to 4.94 in diameter tank opening and mounts with four 0.42 in holes on a 6.250 in bolt circle, the same pattern as Zinga RF and SRF Series housings. Access cover bolts are supplied; tank mounting bolts, nuts and lock washers are not. Seals are Buna-N, for use with petroleum based fluids.
