The Zinga TR1616251N0 is a TR Series tank top filter with SAE-20 left and right side ports, a 25 psi by-pass, a single location gauge port and a 1-1/4 in NPTF oil fill port with plug. The housing mounts on top of the reservoir.
The TR Series is listed at 96 gpm return flow and 32 gpm suction flow, with a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi. Port sizes for the series include 1-1/4 in NPTF, SAE-20 and SAE-24. On this model, the side ports are SAE-20 and the oil fill port is 1-1/4 in NPTF.
The 25 psi by-pass opens when the pressure drop across the element reaches its setting. Fluid then flows around the element rather than building pressure behind loaded media. Fluid is unfiltered while the by-pass is open, so change the element before it reaches that point.
The gauge port gives a single location to fit a gauge for monitoring element condition. The plugged oil fill port lets you add fluid to the reservoir through the filter.
Operating temperature is rated up to +250°F, and the specifications list petroleum based fluids. Confirm port size and flow against your system before ordering.
