This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work. If you have questions that aren’t answered here, call us at (901) 946-1500. We’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
For defective or warranty-covered items, different timeframes may apply based on manufacturer warranty terms.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery:
Standard Parts and Components
- Hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders (unused, in original packaging)
- Valves, fittings, and adapters (unopened, uninstalled)
- Hoses and hose assemblies (unused, uncut)
- Seals, gaskets, and O-rings (unopened packages)
- Filters and filtration components (unused, in original packaging)
- Accumulators and accessories (unused, uninstalled)
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Items must not show signs of installation, modification, or use
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or shipped in error:
Special Order and Custom Items
- Custom-built hydraulic power units
- Special-order parts manufactured to customer specifications
- Non-stocked items ordered specifically for your application
- Custom hose assemblies built to length
Installed or Used Items
- Parts that have been installed, mounted, or put into service
- Hoses that have been cut, crimped, or modified
- Electrical components that have been wired or energized
- Fluid or lubricants (opened containers)
Clearance and Final Sale Items
- Items marked as clearance, closeout, or final sale at time of purchase
Hazardous Materials
- Hydraulic fluids, oils, and lubricants (opened)
- Aerosols and cleaners (opened)

Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us for Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. Contact us to initiate a return:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Pack items securely in their original packaging when possible. Include:
A copy of your original packing slip or invoice
Your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
A brief note explaining the reason for return
Remove or cover any original shipping labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for high-value items.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer-initiated returns: You pay return shipping
- Our error or defective items: We pay return shipping (prepaid label provided)
- Refused delivery or unclaimed packages: You pay return shipping and restocking fees may apply
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds
Refund Amount
Eligible returns receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit card purchases: Refund appears on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal purchases: Refund appears in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
- Net terms accounts: Credit applied to your account balance
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee may apply to:
- Returns of non-defective items without original packaging
- Returns initiated after 30 days (if approved)
- Special-order items returned without cause
- Refused or unclaimed shipments
Restocking fees do not apply to returns due to our error, defective products, or warranty claims.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, model, or specification, contact us to initiate an exchange. Exchanges follow the same authorization process as returns.
We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we receive and verify your return. If there’s a price difference between the original and replacement item, we’ll charge or refund the difference accordingly.
For urgent replacements, you may place a new order while your return is in transit. Contact us to coordinate timing and avoid duplicate charges.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Reporting Damage or Defects:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage
- Contact us within 30 days for manufacturing defects
- Provide photos of the damage or defect when possible
- Do not install or use defective items
For items covered by manufacturer warranty, we’ll work with you to facilitate warranty claims and replacements.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us immediately and we’ll:
- Arrange pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- Ship the correct item at no additional charge
- Refund any price difference if applicable
We stand behind our shipping accuracy, but when mistakes happen, we fix them fast.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll issue a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the items following our standard return process. Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply to cancelled orders that have already shipped.
Warranty Coverage
Most products we sell include manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type.
Manufacturer Warranties:
- We are authorized dealers for major hydraulic brands
- Warranty claims are handled directly with manufacturers or through us as intermediary
- Warranty periods typically range from 90 days to 2 years depending on product
- Warranties cover manufacturing defects, not wear from normal use or improper installation
For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll help coordinate the claim with the manufacturer.
Items Not Covered by Warranty:
- Damage from improper installation or use
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or alterations
- Use beyond rated specifications
- Environmental damage or contamination
International Returns
Returns from international customers are subject to the same policy with the following considerations:
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
- Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Extended shipping times may affect the 30-day return window (contact us for case-by-case review)
Business Account Returns
Business accounts with net terms follow the same return policy with these additional provisions:
- Returns may be credited to your account balance rather than refunded
- Volume discounts or promotional pricing may affect refund calculations
- Consignment or stocking agreements may have different return terms (refer to your account agreement)
