Zinga BF030 Spin-On Filter Head – 3/8″ NPTF

The Zinga BF030 spin-on filter head, part number BF030, has 3/8 in NPTF ports. The head is the fixed half of a spin-on filter. It plumbs into the hydraulic line and holds the element, so replacing a spent element leaves the fittings and hoses in place.

It accepts Zinga BE Series spin-on elements on a 3/4-16 UN thread, including the BE1018 10 micron element with an 18 psid internal bypass, the BE100 10 micron element without bypass and the BE2510 25 micron element. BE elements are 3.1 in in diameter and 3.4 in tall.

Choose the element by the filtration grade and bypass behavior your circuit calls for. The BE1018 carries its bypass inside the can, and it opens to keep fluid moving as the media loads. The BE100 has no bypass, so all flow passes through the media. The BE2510 uses a coarser 25 micron grade.

Inlet, outlet and flow direction are cast into the head to make correct installation easy and to help keep the head from going into the line backward.
