The Hyvair XMT1-3.6K-4MP is a pressure transmitter from the X Series with a 3,600 psi pressure range and a 1/4-18 NPT connection. It measures the pressure in the line or block it is threaded into and outputs a 4 to 20 mA signal proportional to that pressure.
The 1/4-18 NPT thread is a tapered pipe thread. It seals as it is tightened into a matching female port, and it is a common size for pressure take off points on hydraulic manifolds and fittings. Check the thread in your port before ordering.
Power it from any supply between 8 and 30 V. The output reads 4 mA at the low end and climbs toward 20 mA as pressure approaches 3,600 psi. That current signal goes straight into a PLC analog card, a process meter or a controller input configured for 4 to 20 mA.
Response time is under 1 ms. The transmitter reports pressure changes almost as they happen, which suits control loops, alarms and recorded test data.
