The Hyvair XDR1-3.6K-2MP is an X Series pressure transducer with a 3,600 psi pressure range and a 0.5 to 4.5 V output. It converts hydraulic line pressure into a voltage signal that a controller, PLC input or display can read.
The output runs from 0.5 V to 4.5 V across the measuring range. A controller scales that signal to pressure, so the reading can drive alarms, interlocks or pressure-based control logic. Response time is under 1 ms, fast enough to follow quick pressure changes in an active circuit.
The unit runs from a 5 V supply held within plus or minus 0.5 V, and it draws less than 5 mA. That low draw makes it simple to power from a regulated 5 V sensor supply. Check that your controller provides a regulated 5 V output before you wire it in, since this model is built for 5 V rather than a wide-range supply.
The process connection is a 1/8-27 NPT male thread. Seal the thread with a sealant suited to hydraulic service and install the transducer in a port rated for system pressure. Choose the 3,600 psi range when normal working pressure sits well inside that span, which leaves headroom for pressure spikes.
