The Hyvair XDR1-3.6K-4MP is a pressure transducer from the X Series with a 3,600 psi pressure range. It outputs a 0.5 to 4.5 V signal that rises with system pressure and installs in a 1/4-18 NPT port. This is part number XDR1-3.6K-4MP.
NPT is a tapered pipe thread. The 1/4-18 NPT connection seals on the taper as it is tightened into a female port of the same size, a common size for pressure ports on manifolds, valve blocks and fittings.
The supply is 5 V plus or minus 0.5 V, and the transducer draws under 5 mA. Output reads 0.5 V at the low end and climbs toward 4.5 V as pressure reaches 3,600 psi. Holding the signal inside the supply rails lets a controller flag an open or shorted sensor wire instead of reading it as pressure.
