Pressure Transducer – 1/4” NPT – 1000 PSI – 0.5 to 4.5V – XDR1-1K-4MP

The Hyvair XDR1-1K-4MP is an X Series pressure transducer that reads up to 1,000 psi and outputs a 0.5 to 4.5 V signal. It threads into a 1/4-18 NPT port and gives a controller a voltage that tracks system pressure. This is part number XDR1-1K-4MP.

The 1/4-18 NPT thread is a tapered pipe thread. It seals on the taper as it is tightened into a female port of the same size, and it is a common size for pressure ports on hydraulic manifolds and fittings. Confirm the port size on your equipment before ordering.

Supply is 5 V plus or minus 0.5 V, with current draw under 5 mA. The output reads 0.5 V at the bottom of the range and climbs toward 4.5 V as pressure reaches 1,000 psi. The low supply current makes it easy to power from a controller’s regulated 5 V sensor output.

Response time is listed at under 1 ms. The signal follows pressure changes quickly enough for control as well as monitoring.
