Hyvair’s PS20-1K pressure switch delivers reliable, adjustable pressure monitoring from 90 to 1,000 psi for demanding hydraulic applications. Designed with a rugged iron body and piston-actuated construction, it withstands high system pressures while maintaining consistent performance in hydraulic, lubricating, and light oil circuits.

The 1/4″ female NPT port allows straightforward integration into existing hydraulic lines, and the compact form factor makes it ideal where space is limited or panel mounting is required. A DIN 43650 Table A electrical connector provides a secure, industry-standard interface for wiring and simplifies service or replacement.

At the heart of the PS20-1K is a durable microswitch rated for up to 20 switching cycles per minute, with ±3% repeatability to help protect pumps, motors, and critical components from overpressure conditions. Users can choose a standard internal adjustment screw or the optional “K” knurled adjustment knob with a clear pressure readout scale for fast, tool-free setpoint changes and easy visual verification.

Engineered for versatility, the PS20 series operates in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 80°C (approx. -13°F to 175°F) and handles viscosities up to 450 SSU (1000 mm²/s), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial hydraulic systems. Common, normally open, and normally closed contact options support flexible control logic for alarms, interlocks, and pump control.
