The Hyvair HMS-080-B2KP is an orbital hydraulic motor in the HMS Series. An orbital motor produces low speed, high torque rotation from hydraulic flow, so it can turn many loads directly without a gearbox.
The motor is rated for 15.9 gpm of flow and a maximum speed of 745 rpm. Maximum torque is 1371 in-lb continuous and 1681 in-lb intermittent. Maximum pressure is 2031 psi continuous and 2538 psi intermittent. Rated output is 13 hp.
Continuous ratings describe steady operation. Intermittent ratings cover short peaks, such as starting a heavy load, and should not be the normal working point.
The motor mounts on an SAE A 2-bolt flange with a 3.25 in pilot. The shaft is a 1 in straight keyed shaft with a 1/4 in key. Ports are 1/2-14 NPTF, a tapered pipe thread that seals on the thread, so use sealant compatible with your fluid or matching NPTF fittings.
Speed follows the flow you supply, and torque follows pressure. When you size the drive, check that pump flow to the motor stays within 15.9 gpm and that the relief setting keeps normal working pressure within the 2031 psi continuous rating. Confirm that your mount fits the 2-bolt flange and 3.25 in pilot.
