The Hyvair CFE12-10MNPE is a CF Series spin-on filter element rated at 10 micron. It has a 3/4 in NPT port size and a 1 in-12 UNF mounting thread, and it uses resin treated paper media.
A spin-on element combines the filter media and its canister in one replaceable unit. To service it, the old element is spun off the filter head and a new one is spun on in its place. There is no housing to open and no loose cartridge to handle.
The element measures 3.80 in in diameter and 5.75 in in overall height. Check the clearance around the filter head before installation, since the element needs room to be turned on and off. The maximum pressure rating is 60 psid. The listed temperature range is -15°F to +230°F.
