The Hyvair SD07-12FS-S is a side ported subplate in the SD07 Series, made of nickel plated steel. It provides a mounting surface for one D07 pattern directional valve and brings the valve’s passages out to ports on the side of the plate.
Side porting lets the lines run horizontally from the plate. That helps when the plate mounts on a wall, frame or panel where there is no access from behind.
The ports are 3/4 in female SAE straight thread ports. SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting rather than on the thread, so fittings can be removed and refitted during service. The product is rated to 5000 psi.
With a subplate, the valve bolts on top while the piping stays connected to the plate. You can service or replace the valve without breaking the plumbing.
Size circuit flow against the rating of the D07 valve you plan to mount, and confirm that the valve uses the D07 mounting pattern. Keep system pressure at or below 5000 psi.
