The Hyvair SD07-12FS-B is a bottom ported subplate in the SD07 Series, made of nickel plated steel. It provides a mounting surface for one D07 pattern directional valve and carries the valve’s passages out through the underside of the plate.
Bottom porting suits installations where the lines come up through the mounting surface, such as a panel or a reservoir top, and it keeps the sides of the plate free of fittings.
The ports are 3/4 in female SAE straight thread ports. SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting, not on the thread, so fittings can be removed and refitted during service. The product is rated to 5000 psi.
A subplate separates the valve from the piping. The lines stay connected to the plate while the valve bolts on top, so the valve can be serviced or replaced without opening the lines.
Size the circuit flow against the rating of the D07 valve you plan to mount, and confirm that the valve uses the D07 mounting pattern. Keep system pressure at or below 5000 psi.
