The Hyvair SD05H-12FS-S is a side ported, high flow subplate in the SD05H Series, made of nickel plated steel. It provides a mounting surface for one D05 pattern directional valve and brings the valve’s passages out to ports on the side of the plate.
This model is rated for a nominal flow of 25 gpm and a maximum pressure of 5000 psi.
The ports are 3/4 in female SAE straight thread ports. SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting rather than on the thread. The nickel plating covers the steel body.
Side porting lets lines run horizontally from the plate, which works well on walls, frames and panels with no access from behind.
A subplate keeps the piping attached to the plate while the valve bolts on top, so the valve can be serviced or replaced without opening the lines. Confirm that your D05 valve is rated for the flow you plan to run, since a valve with a lower flow rating limits the assembly. Keep system pressure at or below 5000 psi.
