The Hyvair SD05H-16FS-S is a side ported, high flow subplate in the SD05H Series, made of nickel plated steel. It provides a mounting surface for one D05 pattern directional valve and routes the valve’s passages to ports on the side of the plate.
This model has 1 in female SAE straight thread ports. SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting, so the seal does not depend on the thread.
The subplate is rated for a nominal flow of 25 gpm and a maximum pressure of 5000 psi. The nickel plating covers the steel body.
Side porting lets the lines run horizontally from the plate, which suits wall, frame or panel mounting with no access from behind.
A subplate keeps the piping attached while the valve bolts on top, so you can service or replace the valve without breaking the plumbing. The larger ports let you run 1 in lines and fittings to the plate. Confirm that your D05 valve is rated for the flow you plan to run, because the valve may carry a lower flow rating than the plate. Keep system pressure at or below 5000 psi.
