The Hyvair AD05-P-08-2SC is an 8-station AD05 Series industry standard manifold machined from aluminum, with a relief cavity. It has eight mounting positions for D05 directional control valves.
Eight stations let one block carry the valves for a machine with many functions. The pressure and tank lines connect to the manifold once, and each station has its own work ports for its cylinder or motor.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. The pressure passage feeds all eight stations, and the tank passage collects return oil from each of them. Each valve gets supply pressure directly and can run its function on its own.
The relief cavity accepts a relief valve. When system pressure reaches the valve’s setting, it opens to tank, which limits pressure for the circuit at the valve bank. Overall length is 26.0 in. Every station uses the D05 mounting pattern.
Before ordering, confirm you have room for a 26.0 in block, that your valves are D05 size, and that a relief valve is planned for the cavity.
