The Hyvair AD05-P-07-2SC is a 7-station AD05 Series industry standard manifold in aluminum with a relief cavity. It provides seven positions for D05 directional control valves on one block.
Seven stations let you build a valve bank for seven functions on a single manifold. The main pressure and tank lines connect at the block, and each station’s work ports run to the actuator it controls, which cuts down on separate hose runs and fittings.
The circuit is parallel. A shared pressure passage feeds all seven stations, and a shared tank passage returns oil from each. Every valve receives supply pressure directly, so each function can operate independently.
The relief cavity is machined to accept a relief valve. That valve opens to tank when pressure reaches its setting and limits pressure for the circuit at the manifold. The AD05-P-07-2SC is 22.75 in long. Each station accepts the D05 valve mounting pattern.
Check the 22.75 in length against the space available, confirm your valves are D05 size, and plan for a relief valve to fill the cavity before ordering.
