The Hyvair AD05-P-06-2SC is a 6-station AD05 Series industry standard manifold machined from aluminum, with a relief cavity. It mounts six D05 directional control valves side by side on one block.
Six stations give a single manifold room for six functions. Pressure and tank lines connect to the block once, and each station has its own work ports, so the hoses to every actuator start from the same place.
The internal circuit is parallel. One pressure passage supplies all six stations, and one tank passage carries return oil back from each. Every valve sees supply pressure directly and can run its function without depending on the others.
The relief cavity accepts a relief valve. A relief valve opens to tank when pressure reaches its setting, which limits pressure for the whole circuit at the manifold. Overall length is 19.50 in. All six stations use the D05 mounting pattern.
