The Hyvair AD05-P-05-2SC is a 5-station AD05 Series industry standard manifold in aluminum with a relief cavity. It provides five mounting positions for D05 directional control valves on a single block.
Five stations let one manifold handle the valves for five functions. The main pressure and tank connections are made at the block rather than at every valve, and each station has its own work ports for its actuator.
The block uses a parallel circuit. The pressure passage feeds all five stations at once, and the tank passage returns oil from each one. Each valve therefore gets supply pressure directly, and each function can operate independently.
There is one relief cavity in the manifold, machined to accept a relief valve. That valve opens to tank when pressure reaches its setting, limiting pressure for the circuit at the valve bank. The AD05-P-05-2SC measures 16.25 in long. Every station accepts the D05 valve mounting pattern.
Check the 16.25 in length against your layout, count the functions your machine needs, and confirm your directional valves are D05 size. Plan for a relief valve to fill the cavity before ordering.
