The Hyvair AD05-P-04-2SC is a 4-station AD05 Series industry standard manifold with a relief cavity, machined from aluminum. It mounts four D05 directional control valves on one block.
Four stations give you positions for four separate functions. The pressure and tank lines connect to the manifold once, and each station’s work ports feed its own actuator, so the plumbing for the whole valve bank starts from a single block.
The circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage supplies all four stations, and a common tank passage carries return oil back from each. Every valve receives supply pressure directly and can run its function on its own.
The relief cavity accepts a relief valve. When system pressure reaches the relief setting, the valve opens to tank, which limits pressure for the circuit right at the manifold. Overall length is 13.00 in. All stations use the D05 mounting pattern.
Before you order, compare the 13.00 in length with the space on your power unit or machine frame, confirm your valves are D05 size, and plan for the relief valve that will go in the cavity.
