The Hyvair AD05-P-03-2SC is a 3-station AD05 Series industry standard manifold in aluminum with a relief cavity. It gives three D05 directional control valves a shared mounting block and connects them through drilled internal passages.
A manifold like this replaces the individual hoses and fittings that line-mounted valves would need. The main pressure and tank lines connect to the block, and each of the three stations has its own work ports for the cylinder or motor it controls.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. One pressure passage feeds all three stations, and one tank passage returns oil from each. That arrangement sends supply pressure straight to every valve, so each function operates independently.
The relief cavity is machined to take a relief valve. A relief valve limits system pressure by opening to tank at its setting, and mounting it in the manifold keeps that function at the valve bank. The AD05-P-03-2SC is 9.75 in long. Its stations accept valves with the D05 mounting pattern.
Check the 9.75 in length against your layout and confirm that each valve is D05 size before ordering. Plan for a relief valve to fill the cavity.
