The Hyvair AD05-P-02-2SC is a 2-station AD05 Series industry standard manifold machined from aluminum, with a relief cavity. It mounts two D05 directional control valves on one block, with internal passages that carry oil to and from each valve.
D05 is a larger valve interface than D03, so this block is sized for D05 valves only. Mounting both valves on a manifold means the pressure and tank lines connect at the block once, and each station has its own work ports for its actuator.
The circuit is parallel. Both stations take oil from the same pressure passage and return it through the same tank passage. Each valve gets supply pressure directly, so the two functions can run independently.
The relief cavity accepts a relief valve. That valve opens to tank when pressure reaches its setting, limiting pressure for the circuit at the manifold. Overall length is 6.50 in, which gives you a figure to check against the space on your power unit or machine.
Before ordering, confirm that your directional valves use the D05 mounting pattern, that two stations cover your functions, and that you have a relief valve planned for the cavity.
