D05 Industry Standard Aluminum Manifold – 1 Station – AD05-P-01-2S

The Hyvair AD05-P-01-2S is a 1-station aluminum manifold for the D05 industry standard valve pattern. It gives a single D05 directional valve a flat mounting surface and carries oil to and from the valve through passages in the block, which cuts down on separate fittings, hose runs and leak points.

This AD05 Series manifold uses a parallel circuit. In a parallel manifold, pressure and tank passages feed each station from common galleries, so a valve works on its own supply rather than depending on the position of another valve. On a single station block, that layout keeps the porting simple and easy to trace.

The body is aluminum, which keeps the weight low on power units and machine-mounted circuits. Overall length is 3.25 in. Check the space on your mounting surface, along with the clearance needed for the valve body, coil and connector, before ordering.

The D05 pattern is the standard NFPA mounting interface for this valve size, so the manifold accepts D05 valves built to that pattern. Keep the mounting face clean and follow the valve maker’s bolt torque when you install the valve. Confirm your port sizes and circuit layout against the manifold before final assembly.
