The Hyvair MD05-6S-10AB-12PT-S is a six station steel manifold in the MD05 Series. It mounts six D05 pattern directional valves on one steel block, giving six functions a common supply and return.
The manifold uses a parallel circuit. Pressure and tank passages run the length of the block and connect to each station, so every valve draws oil on its own. Each station has its own A and B work ports leading to the actuator it controls.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. The P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring fitting.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 5000 psi. The steel body measures 21.10 in long, so allow for that length plus the valve heights when you lay out the mounting area.
With six valves on shared passages, keep the combined flow of the valves that run together within the 12 gpm nominal rating. Keep system pressure at or below 5000 psi and check that every valve you mount is rated for your operating pressure. Each station needs a D05 valve or a blanking plate before startup.
