The Hyvair MD05-5S-10AB-12PT-S is a five station steel manifold in the MD05 Series. It provides five mounting pads for D05 pattern directional valves on one steel block.
The block has a parallel circuit. Common pressure and tank passages connect to all five stations, so each valve draws supply oil and returns to tank independently of the others. Every station has its own A and B work ports for the actuator it controls.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. The common P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 5000 psi. The steel body measures 17.95 in long.
Five valves share the same passages, so the 12 gpm nominal rating applies to the total flow of the valves that operate at the same time. Plan valve timing around that figure. Keep system pressure, including the relief setting, at or below 5000 psi, and confirm that each valve on the bank is rated for that pressure. Cover any unused station with a blanking plate before you pressurize the manifold.
