The Hyvair MD05-4S-10AB-12PT-S is a four station steel manifold in the MD05 Series. It mounts four D05 pattern directional valves on a single steel block, so four functions can share one pressure supply and one return.
The manifold uses a parallel circuit. The pressure and tank passages run through every station, and each valve takes oil from them on its own. Each station has separate A and B work ports that lead to its actuator.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). These SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring fitting.
Ratings are a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 5000 psi. The steel body measures 14.70 in long.
Check that every valve on the bank is rated for your operating pressure, and keep the combined flow of valves that run together within the 12 gpm nominal rating. Fit a blanking plate on any station that will not carry a valve, and use fittings sized for #10 SAE work ports and #12 SAE P and T ports.
