The Hyvair MD05-3S-10AB-12PT-S is a three station steel manifold in the MD05 Series. It gives you three mounting pads for D05 pattern directional valves on one steel block.
The circuit is parallel. Shared pressure and tank passages connect to all three stations, so each valve draws supply oil and returns to tank independently. Each station has its own A and B work ports for the actuator it controls.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. The common P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 5000 psi. The steel body measures 11.45 in long.
When you plan the bank, keep the combined flow of valves running at the same time within the 12 gpm nominal rating of the shared passages. Confirm that each D05 valve you mount carries a pressure rating that matches your system, and keep system pressure at or below 5000 psi. Cover any unused station with a blanking plate before startup.
