The Hyvair MD05-2S-10AB-12PT-S is an MD05 Series standard steel manifold with 2 stations for D05 valves. It is rated for 12 gpm nominal flow and 5,000 psi maximum pressure, with #10 SAE A and B ports and #12 SAE P and T ports.
The S at the end of the part number identifies the steel version. The block is machined from steel and rated to a maximum pressure of 5,000 psi.
Two D05 directional valves mount on this block. Internal passages carry pressure and tank oil to both stations, so the valves share one supply and one return. The manifold is a parallel circuit. Both stations are fed from the same pressure passage and drain to the same tank passage, so each valve can be operated on its own.
At each station, the A and B work ports are #10 SAE, a 7/8-14 thread. The P and T ports are #12 SAE, a 1-1/16-12 thread. Use fittings rated for the pressure the circuit will see.
Overall length is 8.20 in. Allow room for the block and both valves at the mounting location, and keep flow within the 12 gpm nominal rating.
