The Hyvair MD05-1S-10AB-12PT-S is a single station steel manifold in the MD05 Series. It provides one mounting pad for a D05 pattern directional valve and routes oil from the valve to threaded ports, so the valve can be piped into a circuit on its own block.
The manifold has a parallel circuit. Oil from the P port feeds the valve pad, return oil leaves through the T port, and the A and B work ports carry oil between the valve and its actuator.
A and B ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring fitting rather than a tapered thread.
The steel body is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 5000 psi. It measures 4.95 in long.
Confirm that the D05 valve you mount is rated for your operating pressure, since the valve, not only the manifold, sets the limit for the assembly. Keep system pressure at or below 5000 psi and circuit flow within the 12 gpm nominal rating.
