The Hyvair MD05-6S-10AB-12PT is a six station aluminum manifold in the MD05 Series. It provides six mounting pads for D05 pattern directional valves, so you can build a six valve bank on a single block.
The circuit is parallel. A shared pressure passage and a shared tank passage connect to each station, and every valve takes supply oil and returns to tank on its own. Each station has separate A and B work ports for its actuator.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting.
Ratings are a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. The body is aluminum and measures 21.10 in long.
With six valves drawing from the same passages, plan the circuit so that the total flow of valves running together stays within the 12 gpm nominal rating. System pressure, including the relief setting, should stay at or below 3000 psi. Cover any unused station with a blanking plate before startup, and match the work port fittings to the #10 SAE thread.
