The Hyvair MD05-5S-10AB-12PT is a five station aluminum manifold in the MD05 Series. It provides five mounting pads for D05 pattern directional valves on a single block.
The block has a parallel circuit. Common pressure and tank passages connect to each station, so every valve receives supply oil and returns to tank on its own path. Each station has its own A and B work ports for its actuator.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. It is made of aluminum and measures 17.95 in long.
Before installation, check that the combined flow of the valves that operate at the same time stays within the 12 gpm nominal rating of the shared passages. System pressure, including the relief setting, should stay at or below 3000 psi. Fit a blanking plate on any station that will not carry a valve. Use fittings sized for #10 SAE at the work ports and #12 SAE at P and T.
