The Hyvair MD05-4S-10AB-12PT is a four station aluminum manifold in the MD05 Series. It gives you four mounting pads for D05 pattern directional valves on a single block.
The circuit is parallel. A shared pressure passage and a shared tank passage connect to every station, so each of the four valves receives supply oil directly and returns to tank on its own. Each station has separate A and B work ports for its actuator.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting.
Ratings are a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. The body is aluminum and measures 14.70 in long.
Plan the circuit so the total flow of valves running together stays within the 12 gpm nominal rating, and keep system pressure, including the relief setting, at or below 3000 psi. Cover any unused station with a blanking plate before you pressurize the block. Match the work port fittings to the #10 SAE thread.
