D05 Standard Aluminum Manifold – 3 Station – 12 GPM – 3000 PSI – #8 SAE A & B Ports – #12 SAE P & T Ports – MD05-3S-8AB-12PT

The Hyvair MD05-3S-8AB-12PT is a three station aluminum manifold in the MD05 Series. It mounts three D05 pattern directional valves on a single block, so three functions can share one pressure supply and one return line.

The manifold uses a parallel circuit. Pressure and tank passages run through all three stations, and each valve draws from them independently. Every station has its own pair of A and B work ports that lead to the actuator controlled by that valve.

A and B work ports are #8 SAE (3/4-16) straight thread ports. The common P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports use an O-ring fitting to seal.

Ratings are a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. The body is aluminum and measures 11.45 in long.

When you plan the circuit, add up the flow of any valves that will run at the same time and keep the total within the 12 gpm nominal rating of the shared passages. Keep system pressure, including the relief setting, at or below 3000 psi. Any station left without a valve needs a blanking plate.
