The Hyvair MD05-3S-10AB-12PT is a three station aluminum manifold in the MD05 Series. It provides three mounting pads for D05 pattern directional valves, letting you build a three valve bank on one block.
The block has a parallel circuit. Common pressure and tank passages connect to each station, so every valve receives supply oil and returns to tank on its own path. Each station has separate A and B work ports for its actuator.
A and B work ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. The P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). These SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. It is made of aluminum and measures 11.45 in long.
Before installation, check that the combined flow of valves running together stays within the 12 gpm nominal rating, and that system pressure stays at or below 3000 psi. Fit a blanking plate on any station that will not carry a valve, and match your work port fittings to the #10 SAE thread.
