The Hyvair MD05-2S-8AB-12PT is a two station aluminum manifold in the MD05 Series. It carries two D05 pattern directional valves on one block, which replaces separate subplates and the tubing that would connect them.
The circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage and a common tank passage run through the block and serve both stations at once, so either valve can shift without waiting on the other. Each station has its own A and B work ports for the actuator it drives.
A and B work ports are #8 SAE (3/4-16) straight thread ports. The shared P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. The aluminum body measures 8.20 in long.
Check that the total flow through the shared P and T passages stays within the 12 gpm nominal rating when both valves are active, and that system pressure stays at or below 3000 psi. If you only need one valve now, fit a blanking plate on the open station.
