The Hyvair MD05-1S-10AB-12PT is a single station aluminum manifold in the MD05 Series. It provides one mounting pad for a D05 pattern directional valve and routes oil from that valve to threaded ports, so the valve can be piped into a circuit without a separate subplate.
The block has a parallel circuit. Pressure from the P port reaches the valve pad directly, and return oil passes back out through the T port. The A and B work ports carry oil between the valve and the actuator it controls, such as a cylinder or motor.
A and B ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). SAE straight thread ports seal with an O-ring on the fitting, which keeps the seal off the threads.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. The body is aluminum and measures 4.95 in long.
Before you install it, confirm that the D05 valve you plan to mount is rated for the circuit flow and that system pressure, including the relief setting, stays at or below 3000 psi. Match your fittings to the #10 and #12 SAE thread sizes.
