The Hyvair MD05-1S-10AB-12PT-C is a single station aluminum manifold with a relief cavity, part of the MD05 Series. It provides one mounting pad for a D05 pattern directional valve, plus a machined cavity that accepts a relief valve cartridge so pressure protection can sit on the same block.

The manifold uses a parallel circuit. Oil enters at the P port and feeds the valve pad, return oil leaves through the T port, and the A and B work ports connect the valve to its actuator. A relief valve installed in the cavity limits system pressure by opening to tank when pressure reaches its setting.

A and B ports are #10 SAE (7/8-14) straight thread ports. P and T ports are #12 SAE (1-1/16-12). These ports seal with an O-ring fitting.

The block is rated for a nominal flow of 12 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. It is made of aluminum and measures 5.90 in long.

Confirm that the relief cartridge you choose fits this cavity and that its setting stays at or below the 3000 psi rating of the manifold.
