The Hyvair MD03M-9S-6AB-6PT is a 9-station D03 miniature manifold from the MD03M Series, machined from steel and finished with nickel plating. It provides nine D03 valve mounting positions on one block. The manifold is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Keep the circuit within both ratings.
All ports are #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads. Each of the nine stations has its own A and B work ports for its actuator, and the P and T ports bring supply pressure in and return oil to tank. One port size across the block keeps fittings consistent.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage feeds every station at once, and a common tank passage collects return oil from each. Each valve sees supply pressure directly and can run its function independently.
The MD03M-9S-6AB-6PT is 20.11 in long. Nine stations on a single manifold replace the separate hoses and fittings that nine line-mounted valves would need.
