The Hyvair MD03M-8S-6AB-6PT is an 8-station D03 miniature manifold in nickel-plated steel. It is part of the MD03M Series and mounts eight D03 directional control valves on a single block.
Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized to carry, and the pressure rating is the highest pressure the block is built for.
The porting is #6 SAE throughout, with 9/16-18 threads. The A and B work ports at each station feed that station’s actuator, and the P and T ports connect the block to the pressure supply and tank return.
The circuit is parallel. One pressure passage feeds all eight stations, and one tank passage takes return oil from each. Each valve receives supply pressure directly, so the eight functions operate independently. Overall length is 17.98 in, and the steel body has a nickel-plated finish.
