The Hyvair MD03M-7S-6AB-6PT is a 7-station D03 miniature manifold from the MD03M Series, made of steel with a nickel-plated finish. It provides seven positions for D03 directional control valves on one block. It carries a 5 gpm nominal flow rating and a 3000 psi maximum pressure rating. Size the circuit so flow and pressure stay within those figures.
All ports are #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads. Each station has A and B work ports for its actuator, and the block has P and T ports for the supply and return lines. A single port size keeps the fitting list short for a seven-valve assembly.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage feeds all seven stations, and a common tank passage returns oil from each. Every valve gets supply pressure directly, so each function can run on its own.
