The Hyvair MD03M-6S-6AB-6PT is a 6-station D03 miniature manifold in nickel-plated steel, part of the MD03M Series. It mounts six D03 directional control valves on a single block.
The manifold is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized for, and 3000 psi is the top of the pressure rating.
Every port is #6 SAE with a 9/16-18 thread. That covers the A and B work ports at each of the six stations and the P and T ports for the pressure supply and tank return.
The circuit is parallel. The pressure passage runs past all six stations, and the tank passage collects return oil from each. Each valve receives supply pressure directly, so the six functions can operate independently of one another. Overall length is 13.72 in. The steel body has a nickel-plated finish.
Six valves on one block means the main pressure and tank lines connect once instead of at every valve. Before ordering, check that each valve uses the D03 pattern, that your circuit stays within 5 gpm and 3000 psi, and that 13.72 in fits the space you have.
