The Hyvair MD03M-5S-6AB-6PT is a 5-station D03 miniature manifold from the MD03M Series, made from nickel-plated steel. It provides five mounting positions for D03 directional control valves on one block. Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. The A and B work ports and the P and T ports are all #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads. Each station’s A and B ports run to its own cylinder or motor, while the P and T ports connect the block to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The internal circuit is parallel. A shared pressure passage feeds all five stations, and a shared tank passage returns oil from each, so every valve gets supply pressure directly and each function runs independently.
