The Hyvair MD03M-3S-6AB-6PT is a 3-station D03 miniature manifold from the MD03M Series, machined from steel and finished with nickel plating. It provides three D03 valve mounting positions on one compact block. The manifold carries a 5 gpm nominal flow rating and a 3000 psi maximum pressure rating. Size your circuit to stay inside both figures.
All ports are #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads. The A and B work ports at each station connect to that station’s actuator, and the P and T ports bring in supply pressure and return oil to tank. Because every port is the same size, the fittings for the whole block are interchangeable.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage feeds all three stations, and a common tank passage collects their return oil. Each valve sees supply pressure directly, so the three functions can operate independently.
The MD03M-3S-6AB-6PT is 7.33 in long. Mounting three valves on one block replaces the separate hoses and fittings each would need if mounted in line.
