The Hyvair MD03M-2S-6AB-6PT is a 2-station D03 miniature manifold in nickel-plated steel, part of the MD03M Series. It mounts two D03 directional control valves on one compact block.
Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. The nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized to carry, and 3000 psi is the top of the block’s pressure rating.
The circuit is parallel. The pressure passage supplies both stations directly, and the tank passage returns oil from each, so each valve can run its function independently.
Every port on this manifold is #6 SAE with a 9/16-18 thread. Each station has A and B work ports for its actuator, and the block has P and T ports for the pressure supply and tank return. One port size across the board means one set of fittings for the whole assembly. Overall length is 5.20 in. The body is steel finished with nickel plating.
Before ordering, check that both valves use the D03 mounting pattern, that your flow and pressure fall within 5 gpm and 3000 psi, and that 5.20 in fits your layout.
