The Hyvair MD03M-1S-6AB-6PT is a 1-station D03 miniature manifold from the MD03M Series, made of nickel-plated steel. It gives a single D03 directional control valve a compact mounting block with internal passages for pressure, tank and work flow.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 5 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. Nominal flow is the flow the passages are sized to carry, and the maximum pressure is the highest pressure the block is rated for.
All four ports are #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads. That includes the A and B work ports that run to the actuator and the P and T ports for pressure supply and tank return. Using one port size throughout keeps fitting selection simple. The circuit is parallel, with the pressure and tank passages feeding the station directly. The body is steel with nickel plating as its surface finish.
Overall length is 3.07 in. A single-station block gives one valve a fixed mounting point and takes the place of the separate fittings a line-mounted valve would need.
