The Hyvair AD03-P-08-2SC is an 8-station AD03 Series industry standard manifold in aluminum with a relief cavity. It has eight positions for D03 directional control valves.
Eight stations let you group the valves for a multi-function machine on one block. The pressure and tank lines connect once at the manifold, and each station has its own work ports, so the plumbing to every actuator starts from the same place.
The circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage feeds all eight stations, and a common tank passage carries return oil from each. Every valve receives supply pressure directly, and each function can be operated on its own.
The relief cavity takes a relief valve. When system pressure reaches the valve’s setting, it opens to tank, which limits pressure for the circuit at the manifold. This manifold measures 17.0 in long. All eight stations use the D03 mounting pattern.
Check the 17.0 in length against your mounting space, confirm your valves are D03 size, and plan for a relief valve to fill the cavity before you order.
