The Hyvair AD03-P-07-2SC is an AD03 Series industry standard aluminum manifold with a relief cavity. It has 7 stations for D03 valves, a parallel circuit, and an overall length of 14.88 in.
A valve manifold gives several directional valves a common mounting block. Each station has a D03 mounting pattern, so up to seven D03 valves can be mounted on one manifold instead of on separate subplates. Pressure and tank passages run through the block, which cuts down on the hoses and fittings needed between valves.
In a parallel circuit, every station draws from the same pressure passage and returns to the same tank passage. Each valve can operate on its own, without its flow depending on the position of the other valves.
The relief cavity is a machined port in the manifold for a relief valve. A relief valve limits system pressure by opening to tank when pressure reaches its setting. Check whether your installation needs a relief valve or a plug in that cavity.
The manifold is machined from aluminum. At 14.88 in long, it needs a mounting space sized for the full block plus the valves it carries. Confirm the station count and port arrangement against your circuit before ordering.
