The Hyvair AD03-P-06-2SC is a 6-station AD03 Series industry standard manifold machined from aluminum, with a relief cavity. It provides six D03 valve mounting positions on a single block.

With six stations, one manifold can carry the directional valves for six functions. The main pressure and tank connections are made at the block instead of at each valve, which reduces the number of separate hoses and fittings in the circuit.

Inside, the circuit is parallel. The pressure passage supplies all six stations at the same time, and the tank passage returns oil from each station. Each directional valve sees supply pressure directly, and each station’s work ports run their own actuator.

The relief cavity accepts a relief valve. A relief valve opens to tank when pressure reaches its setting, so placing one in the manifold limits system pressure at the valve bank.
