The Hyvair AD03-P-05-2SC is a 5-station aluminum manifold for D03 industry standard directional valves, with a relief cavity. It gives five D03 valves a common mounting block and carries oil to each station through internal passages, which cuts down on fittings, hoses and leak points.
This AD03 Series manifold uses a parallel circuit. Each station draws from shared pressure and tank galleries, so every valve operates on its own supply and does not depend on the position of the valves beside it. That layout keeps several functions on one block while each function still runs independently.
The relief cavity accepts a relief valve, so the maximum pressure for the circuit can be set at the manifold instead of in a separate block. Confirm the cavity size before choosing the relief valve.
The body is aluminum, which keeps the block light for power units and machine-mounted circuits. Overall length is 10.63 in. Allow for that length plus the height and clearance of each valve, coil and connector when you lay out the mounting area. Check your port sizes and plumbing routes against the manifold before final assembly, and follow the valve maker’s bolt torque when mounting each valve.
